Casting

We have years of sand- and die-casting experience necessary to determine which is the best process for your application. Sand-casting can be a low-cost way to prototype or design a fixture with fewer feature details, but some surface finish may be compromised. So in applications that require higher volume, tighter tolerances, and multiple features, die-casting would be the preferred method.

• Which method has the best surface finish?
• Is sand-casting the most cost effective?
• Can you maintain better tolerances with die-casting?

Not sure which fabrication method is right for you? Just ask
