Extrusions

For most linear extrusion applications the design preference is aluminum, which can provide a low-cost manufacturing solution. In these applications we can usually build multiple features into the fixture for little additional cost. Before buying tooling we can provide customers with a SLA or FDM section of the element to verify their design requirements. This also allows us to check tolerances and possible interference with other mating components in the design.
